This is a time of year for messages of joy and resurgence. For people with Lyme disease and their families, this can be a time to reflect on their journey and their health.
For those who are struggling, this time of year can also be very challenging.
We tend to lean into courage and optimism to keep going. We see the strength of the people and networks that support us, and we lean into this strength too.
