Canada’s national Lyme disease conference summary now available.
As a result of Elizabeth May’s private member’s Bill, (Bill 442), a federally funded national Lyme disease conference bringing scientists, medical experts and patients together was held May 15th to 17th, 2016 in Ottawa, Canada’s capital city.
The summary of this conference is now available online, and the federal framework construction is in process. As per Bill 442 the federal Minister of Health must present a report to parliament by May 2017 with the federal framework outlined.
