“Fries says, “It’s unacceptable that when a federal government agency is presented with evidence of improprieties, the official response is to confirm the improprieties and indicate they will continue.”

Now what will the government of Canada do considering their commitment to open government.  Will they insist Bill C-442 be followed with the good faith intended when enacting the legislation, or will they allow the overwhelming influence of the United States government, and the Infectious Disease Society of America guidelines, to direct health care policy over our social health care system, driving thousands of Canadians out of our country, into bankruptcy, and onto taxpayer funded disability payments.

Will the Canadian government allow the abundance of evidence based science to direct Lyme disease policy, and not that which is designed and managed by the United States, and then insist the provinces do the same when each province comes to feed at the federal trough for health care funding? Or, will they allow more Canadians to die and live a life of permanent disability funded by we taxpayers?
