A woman takes a survey by phone.

If you or someone you know has suffered or is suffering with Lyme disease or an associated tick-borne illness, the Canadian Lyme Coalition would like to hear from you.

They’ve produced and launched a survey designed to collect valuable input from the Lyme patient community for use in advocacy and as a basis for further research. Questions focus on patient experiences in diagnosis, treatment and life impact

Working in cooperation with CanLyme, Lyme OhOh Canada, Saskatchewan Lyme Disease Support Group, Nova Scotia Lyme, Ontario Lyme Support Group, Bay of Quinte and Area Lyme Support Group, Lyme Kingston Group, Ottawa Lyme Disease Support Group, Central Alberta Lyme Society, and Kamloops Lyme Support, the coalition will be accepting completed surveys until the end of February.

Results will be shared with the participating groups noted above by the end of April, 2025.

Please consider taking 15 minutes to share your valuable input and experience. You can find the survey at Canadian Lyme Coalition Survey.
