Richard Horowitz, MD, is a board-certified internist and the medical director of the Hudson Valley Healing Arts Center, an integrative medical center specializing in the treatment of Lyme and other tick-borne diseases. He has treated over 13,000 patients with these diseases in the last 30 years. He is one of the founding members and past president-elect of the International Lyme and Associated Diseases Society.
