I would very much like the abuse I received at the complex chronic disease program to be documented !lWarning Lyme patients to not go there and jeprodize their valuable time to receive treatment ! I have tried repeatedly to take this matter up with both the federal and provincial government with no action taken , no response to my complaints ! The physicians and programs endangered my life !!!!!!
