GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) has been hit with a dangerous drug lawsuit that alleges its Lyme disease vaccine LYMERix caused patients to develop arthritis.
The dangerous drug lawsuit claims that plaintiffs who were vaccinated with the medication in the 1990s were later diagnosed with post-Lyme disease treatment syndrome or treatment resistant Lyme arthritis, according to Law360 (subscription required).
